5 Free Tools Every Solopreneur Needs

Being a solopreneur is always more difficult then being an entrepreneur surrounded by a team. Often times as a solopreneur, you will find yourself needing ways to maximize your effort and time because you typically are relying on only yourself. That is why, I want to share with you these 5 great free tools I’ve used in order to become more efficient in my work.
1. WiseStamp
With WiseStamp, it’s incredibly easy to create professional looking email signatures. You can include images, contact information, links to your websites and even social media. What’s great about WiseStamp is that there are plenty of ways to customize your signature for absolutely no cost. If looking for more options however, the site does offer a yearly subscription.
2. Shake
If in need of any sort of legally binding contract but don’t want to spend money on having one drawn up by a lawyer, look no further than Shake by Legal Shield! They provide free templates that can be filled in with the specific information you need. There is no fee for using Shake, however if you do need to draw up more customized templates, you can upgrade to a monthly account.
3. Evernote
I’m in love with Evernote. If you only use one tool from this article, let it be this one. Evernote is a place to store any of your ideas, photos, notes, mind maps and more in one convenient place. It’s one giant notebook of which you can add unlimited amounts of notes to stay organized with. Evernote is also accessible via multiple devices and can be upgraded to a pro plan (recommended!) to increase storage capacity and unlimited device usage. P.S: You get a free 1 month trial of premium when you create a new account and can downgrade to a free account at anytime.
4. Hootsuite
Hootsuite is a top leader in the industry when it comes to managing your social network accounts. The free version allows you to connect up to 3 social media accounts as well as schedule messages and take a look into your basic analytics information. Hootsuite is great for the solopreneur or even entrepreneurs with multiple team members if you upgrade to a premium plan.
5. GetResponse
Most entrepreneurs know how important it truly is to grow an email list as well as stay connected to that list. GetReponse allows every level of entrepreneur to effectively stay connected and grow an email list. From email lists, landing pages, webinars and automation, GetReponse offers it. Their plans vary depending on the size and reach you need, but definitely recommended.
